HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

SOME COUNTRIES HAVE DELAYED THE FLIGHTS.
THEREFORE, SOME PARCLES ARE TEMPORARILY DELAYED
AT THE INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS CENTER.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
The shipping cost is a minimum of 20 USD and depends on the location of the order and the weight.
You may check your shipping cost in your shopping cart as you checkout.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Production takes around 3-7 days because our products are custom order products, and it can take longer in case of popular products, or handmade items.
All orders are usually shipped within 2-7 business days, unless otherwise noted.
*For US, delivery to remote territories such as Hawaii or to a P.O. Box can take longer. Please avoid P.O. Box if possible as P.O. Box deliveries may have loose tracking updates.
The transit time table above is ONLY a reference for you to estimate the delivery date. We do not guarantee to deliver your order on or before a certain date, nor can we issue a refund due to a delay with the shipment. Also, these transit times do not include Customs clearance processing times, and the updates for the parcels’ status can take time after departure from Korea because of the processing time at Customs of the destination country.
Unfortunately, please note that we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by Customs clearance processes, and local duties and taxes.
The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. International customers will be responsible for any fees, duties, taxes or any surcharges levied or charged by their country. As customs policies vary widely from case to case for each country, please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
Please understand that it is customer’s responsibility to check the shipping status on the tracking page and to contact the local courier directly in case there are any issues for receiving the items in your country, after the parcel departed from Korea. DREAMFACTORY does not take any responsibility for the delivery failure due to miscommunication, and any dispute raised after 14 business days has passed from the last shipping status update is not accepted.

WHAT COURIER SERVICE DOES DREAMFACTORY USE?
We ship by EMS, TNT, and UPS. You will receive your item(s) between 5-21 days. Depending on the region, customs clearance may be delayed.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. Once we ship out your order, you will get a separate email from DREAMFACTORY with Tracking information.
MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED
If the package gets sent back to us due to inaccurate information or by customer’s fault, you will receive a refund for your order excluding the shipping fee for both ways.
