▶Product Description

-The Letter Stamp is a custom-made product that begins production after the order and payment are confirmed.

-The stamp is made of brass.

-Four basic font styles are available

 · Helvetica

 · Park Avenue

 · Serif (Times New Roman)

 · Gaudy Cursive

 

-If you would like to use a different font style or adjust the set configuration, please contact us via email.

-The size of the product can also be customized according to your requirements. (If the size is larger than 18pt, the price will be adjusted accordingly.)

▶The font size is measured by the height of uppercase letter A :

 - 2.5mm : ‘A’ Height 2.5mm

 - 3mm : ‘A’ Height 3mm

  

▶Composition:

• A~Z (26 characters)
• 0~9 (10 characters)
• Symbol  ( . - ♡ ♥  4pcs)

 

** 2.5mm / 3mm size fonts can only be produced with uppercase letters, numbers, and 4 symbols ( . - ♡ ♥ ) due to production problems.

-Due to the nature of custom-made products, cancellations and refunds are not possible after the order has been placed.

-The production period may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Please be careful not to suffer any losses due to delayed production.

-Brass products are susceptible to external impacts. Please take care not to drop or expose them to external shocks.

-Brass may discolor over time due to natural oxidation, but this does not affect the performance of the product.

-Handmade products may have scratches due to the production process.

-According to FedEx policy, deliveries to PO Box addresses in the United States are not supported. Please provide an alternative deliverable address that is not a PO Box.

 

-We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days after receiving them. However, product preparation may be delayed if stock is low or if orders are combined with other products for shipment.
